In the existing 324 full-time teachers, there are more than 60 national, provincial and municipal backbone teachers and discipline leaders. The number of teachers graduating from Beijing University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other top universities with master degrees and doctor degrees is up to 91, accounting for 28.1% of full-time teachers. Besides, 150 teachers are qualified as “Middle School Senior Teachers”, representing 46.3% of the full-time teachers.

Since the “expert-training project” is implemented in Shenzhen, the proportion of masters in full-time teachers is higher than the other schools. Overall, there are 8 special-class teachers working at our school. More than 10 teachers are chosen to be members of simulation test programming group of Shenzhen for the College Entrance Examination and repeatedly invited to give lectures throughout the country.
