On September 16th 2015, our Research group on Life Quality held a large-scale training activity on living skills which is a training course on cooking. The Research Group members invited the chef ZhongGuo Hu to give a fantastic cooking class to all students. Mr.Hu explained various aspects of cooking, such as knife using, material choosing, cooking time, and so on.
Students took part in almost every step of cooking with great interests and enthusiasm. Through cooperation, students were thrilled to see tasty cuisines made by them. A student from Grade two Class 6 said that he never touched or even used knife to cook before, but he enjoyed the sense of achievement in this cooking class today. So he decided to cook one course called sliced pork with green pepper which he learnt today for his parents during this weekend.
